Refund policy

The customer has a 14-day right of exchange and return. The right of exchange and return applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging.

Returns must be notified in advance using the return form on the Contact Us page or by sending a clear notification, for example by e-mail to posti@ruukinkehraamo.fi.
