Your rights

1. Right to prohibit direct marketing

Registered persons shall have the right to prohibit direct marketing at any time. Every e-mail sent by Ruukin Kehräämö has a link from which you can directly cancel your subscription to the newsletter.

2. Right to check own data (right of inspection)

Everyone has the right to know what personal information has been saved into our clinet register. You can require this information by verifying your identity.

3. Right to request rectification or erasure

Ruukin Kehräämö shall remove, correct and supplement incorrect, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete data at the request of the data subject.

The data subject shall have the right to request the deletion if the processing is not necessary. We will deal with the request for deletion, after which we will either delete the data or give a reasoned reason why the data cannot be deleted.

It should be noted that the controller may have a legal or other right not to delete the requested information. The Registrar shall keep the records in accordance with the period (ten years) specified in the Accountant (Chapter 2,10). Therefore, accounting material cannot be removed before the deadline has expired.

4. Right to limitation

8. Right of appeal to the Authority

The data subject shall be entitled to complain to the competent supervisory authority if the controller has not complied with appropriate data protection regulations.

Purpose of personal data

We handle personal data in matters of customer management (e.g. for service operations, billing and  debt collection, processing consumer complaints, customer service and customer satisfaction survey) , in customer relations with Ruukin Kehräämö and it's partners service marketing and development.

Where do we collect personal data?

We will collect personal information about you from yourself during contacts or at the purchase event. We also collect information at events or in training.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Bing Webmaster tools to collect visitor information on our website so that we can analyse and develop our site even better. Transfer of data

As a general rule, your personal data will be processed by Ruukin Kehräämö staff in their work. Our subcontractors and partners process personal data in an agreed manner for legitimate purposes.
